Backing a horse

If you have a horse that has not yet been backed and you cannot or do not want to do it yourself, I will gladly do that for you.
It all starts with trusting me. Every horse is taught on its own time, one horse needs a little longer than the other. I ensure that everything happens at rest, so that you can benefit from it later.

Backing a horse starts with trust. I start with lunging, this is how the horse can get to know me and vice versa. When the horse is ready, the saddle is added and each time one step further until the horse can actually be ridden.

As soon as I can ride the horse in walk, trot and canter and I can also steer a little bit, the backing is done. If you want to continue training your horse afterwards, I will refer you to the Training page.
